We started Yuzalto in 2026 in Veliko Tarnovo, in the heart of Bulgaria, after years of growing brands inside agencies and in-house teams. We kept seeing the same thing: great products held back by scattered marketing and partners who over-promised and under-shipped.
So we built a studio that stays deliberately small. Senior people only. Fast feedback loops. A bias to ship and learn in market rather than polish slides. And reporting honest enough that you always know exactly where your money is going and what it's bringing back.
